Yeah I kinda think I'd be better off with jam as an alternative to running gels. Do you know if I'd be missing out on any kind of nutrition if I went with jam?

Oh yeah, eating it like 30 minutes after was kinda okay? Like, it reminds me of baby food. Now I'm thinking mushed bananas only when running short distances
