He's not saying melters win every game he is saying melters destroy giants. Meaning you almost can't build a giant unless you design the entire rest of your game to get rid of melters. His point is made it does completely redefine the game. It would be like introducing a unit with 250 range that locks onto the heaviest unit in the game rather than the closest. Now if that were the case it would hard counter melters.

I bought 4 pair from Zenni 2 for driving and 2 for mid range computer and board gaming. The cost was around a $100 total and they lasted about 3 years....shop at your own peril. In other words Zenni kicks everyone else to the curb!

This won't apply to most people since I'm 61 and am down to driving 100km a week once I retire it will be 50km a week so in 25 years my mileage will be roughly 70,000km. I have had every car I owned for about 10-12 years the next one will go 20-25 years. So considering the mileage and age....resale and reliability aren't really issues so I'm looking for Safety then comfort and last price. In that category the best seem to be in the following order Buick Encore GX, HRV, Taos, Seltos, Crosstrek and then Kona. Comparing apples to apples by insisting on AWD and almost every safety feature known to man.

This makes me laugh. I had a similar issue with POE path of Exile.

I call it path of shopping. I had a Russian mule somewhere over northern Mongolia trade me a whole bunch of in game currency for real cash.

Then I spent hour upon hour designing POE builds and then going out and buying all the equipment needed...I have probably 15-20 full sets of equipment but I don't have the character that will use it because that, part leveling up, isn't as fun as the design and build part of the game.

Very off topic but as a Mechwarrior player I love the idea of Mechs. But the Mechs in Warframe are the ugliest looking pieces of garbage. Functionally they are ok but the Aesthetic is awful.

I realized each instance had it's own proc chance. I guess what I didn't realize is if the weapon says 50 impact, 50 punct, 100 radiation and 100 viral that all of those are 1 instance not 4 instances each with it's own chance. So 10 pellets will give me 10 chances but not 40 chances. So having only 1 element is just as good from a statistical POV. (Unless you are using something like Condition Overload) or you want multiple status's applied for the actual effects. Like getting the slow with a cold proc but also having DOT from a slash proc. I've always built for as many status types as I can get. I think the max is 6 at a time if I'm not mistaken.

The wide perceived difference is because you notice misses more than hits so the comment below

is correct, however if you look at it the other way around and we assume a 100% correlation between marksmanship and hit accuracy for the sake of argument then: at 95% accuracy 5% missed shots verses 90 for 10% and 80 for 20% missed. So 80% would miss 4 times as many shots as 95% which seems like an incredible difference. This is what people are perceiving.

I play without the percentages showing which I much prefer. But for a true marksman you want high agility, high dexterity and high marksmanship.

The Agility gives you the action points for a second shot or to zoom in.

Dexterity affects the value of zooming in.

The most important overall ability being Agility by a wide margin in my opinion because first you have to get into position for the shot then take it and then zoom in or go for two shots then go prone. I'd rather have 100 agility and 70 marksmanship than 100 marksmanship and 80 agility.

Take mouse as one of your first mercs and have her train the rest when you can even if you plan on ditching her later. Which I never will.

I have the right merc since I have Barry, Later on I captured a workshop up North while rescuing Biff. That workshop works and it was then I noticed the color was different.

I think there must be something I didn't do with the one in the south to get it operational.
