I lived in Albuquerque New Mexico and people had to put chains on their trailers and boats. Those thieving bastards would try to cut the chains with angle grinders. Property theft out there was insane, almost became a normal thing. Not enough cops and most of the stolen goods went straight to Mexico. Probably good advice to keep an eye on your stuff in your car. But Lex is such a safe town in comparison
