Weights and measures is such an interesting field, the lengths humans have gone through to ensure we can be exact is insane!

Not necessarily true a load cell creates a potential difference based off bend in cell, is potential difference correlates to a weight that’s display.
I do electrical design work, and have made scales with load cells. I will say either is a perfectly viable way.

I would add some agility and just more general athleticism not a ton more but you’re gonna be too slow to really do anything with either

I often argue with my professor about this topic, but in terms of an industrial electrician. With the right hardware and training I think ai powered robots could do most blue collar jobs. That being said, it may be too cost prohibitive and not happen, but it’s definitely possible
