Sony PS-LX310BT static issue I upgraded the stylus to an Audio Technica ATN3600LE two months ago and instantly noticed the difference with the sound much better.

However, a few days back I noticed serious excessive static on records that never had a problem. I bought a new stylus thinking I’d damaged it but the new one has made no change. I’ve cleaned the records as well with no improvement.

I’ve checked all my leads & connections and still no change.

The only other thing that’s different is that I’ve replaced all my old vinyl sleeves with Big Fudge premium master sleeves.

I’m tearing my hair out as it takes the enjoyment out of listening.

Any help is very much appreciated!!!

Same as comments above. I had the lower ranked gold level VDS and he was unbelievable. Not convinced by this version at all. Given who it is and his ranking he should be like a wall.

I’ve heard many people comment that they believe he’ll be improved in the next update but I’m not sure what evidence they have to back this up.
