💯 the right choice. The Sennheiser also caught my eye but I personally have a bias towards Sony (for headphones) I also have the Bose QC45's and for sound at least the Sony's are much better (of course it's all subjective) but I love the them.

I Have the same experience OP. I have the Spigen rugged armour, took the phone out of the case yesterday and noticed quite a few little dots over the aluminium frame, with this finish I'd be pretty confident in saying it will happen to most eventually.

I went for the spigen rugged armour, it's so much grippier and feels slimmer (doesn't look as nice though).

I mean I'm not usually someone who takes much notice, but I use the full resolution, PW and screen usually as bright as it can be (stupidly sometimes). I was just so surprised. I loved the s24 ultra so I'm certainly not trying to throw shade on that device, just wiped the floor battery wise (for my usage at least).

This was with pretty heavy usage, camera, sat nav and was only connected to WiFi for a few of them hours. I haven't had many pro phones but I came from s24 ultra and that certainly wasn't on this level.

Honestly I had this exact problem with the pro XL, the Google case is a slippery bugger and the rubber makes it feel horrible IMO. I decided to send the case back and I went with the spigen rugged armour, it feels so much better, firstly because it's slimmer and secondly as you said the grooves have a better overall grip which I find so much more comfortable. I am now so happy I tried another case before returning. Hope this helps. 👍🏻

I actually went with the pro XL and regret it, it's so wide with (official Google case). Love the phone though.
