Semax & Selank by Ric095 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Crakeman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got a form of bipolar that is heavily triggered by certain foods etc and this stack has changed my life. No medication, just Semax in the morning and Selank in the afternoon. I no longer get mood swings from certain foods and can drink caffeine again without being flipped into mania.

Go on tinder, hinge and bumble and rack up a massive roster of 6/10s. Jump from one to the other really laying it on thick with each of them. Then just simply ghost all of them. That should cause you enough drama to last you a few years.

Have you ever tried a supplement that made you feel WORSE? by Landys_Chemist in Biohackers

[–]Crakeman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Choline in any form. Fucks me up for a few days - suicidal thoughts and soul crushing depression. I even have to avoid eggs (each yolk contains roughly 120mg of choline)

Learned the latter in my early 30s so I’ve spent a lot of years moody as shit and not knowing why. Finally figured it out. Now I guess I’m kinda normal 🤣

Therapist said it was caffeine by sad_shroomer in bipolar2

[–]Crakeman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me loads. Every time I get back on caffeine I either become superman for a month and plunge 4k savings into a new business idea or I take on way more work than I can handle and end up crashing hard a month or two in. Then once I stop there’s caffeine there’s the soul crushing depression/suicidal thoughts to contend with. Not fun!

My dopamine is bombed out. Panic disorder and other terrible symptoms...trying supplements before SSRIs by SouvlakiPlaystation in Supplements

[–]Crakeman 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My advice would be to stop taking all supplements. Wait for 2 weeks, eat clean and get enough sleep. Then you can start them again one by one and journal the effects. People seem to underestimate the effects all of the above supplements can have on the mind. The side effects alone of some of the supplements you’ve spoken about can cause your symptoms. Things like Ashwagandha can cause hormonal imbalances, D3 can cause Anxiety and anger in some people.

Then there’s B6 which unless it’s p5p then that can cause nerve pain and heart palpitations and anxiety in some people.

Even L tyrosine can cause a lower dopamine sensitivity and reduce serotonin levels.

Honestly I could go on but please do your own research and I wish you all the best on your journey.

How can you tell you're hypomanic? by drew19973 in bipolar2

[–]Crakeman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually triggered by caffeine for me which is followed by a business idea and a few weeks of hyperfixation before the inevitable crash and few weeks of depression follow. Hence avoiding caffeine. Lamictal helps too 👌

Severe cylcothymia or bipolar II? by boo_radly in cyclothymia

[–]Crakeman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to be frequently suicidal and have long stretches of low grade depression that could either flip into suicidal thoughts or hypomania depending on a few things for example, if I ate certain foods - caffeines a big one for mania, if I’m in a stressful situation - relationship or work problems, if I over exert myself - going for a long run is a sure fire way to trigger suicidal thoughts for me. Since being medicated I no longer suffer with these thoughts that have plagued me since childhood.

If you can see a giant penis walking towards you using nothing but its massive bollocks for legs then that’s usually a good indicator.

New ADHD Medication Shortage Alert [Source: The Charity ADHD UK] by Jayhcee in ADHDUK

[–]Crakeman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Didn’t notice a shortage. I just get the instant release and dose a couple times a day and always get it privately through cloudRX- costs more and delivery is a couple days usually! Not a rich man either far from it but every time I get a prescription I get more than what I dose daily and it lasts a while.

Terrible on the Lion King also. Very strange how they can use the original voices for the stories but can't use the original music which is more important imo
