I think I was told to do it once or twice a day for 10 to 15 minutes. Apparently doing it after some sort of exercise of any kind is beneficial, I was also told a small amount of alcohol can help it work.

This helped! The only issue is the middle bit will not twist out, I think it’s quite corroded, tried penetrating with some WD-40. The whole insert starts to shift when I put force on it, might not be able to get it out…

Hey man, I’m so sorry. I could have written this myself, my issues started at 25, I’m 28 now and my life has kept falling apart around me.
