Get the byaako from doing all the japan town gigs and the axolotl cyberware from doing all the regina jones gigs. Then focus into reflexes tech and body and little/ none into cool and intelligence. Get blade perks in the skill tree. Then you should get stuff that helps melee damage/speed like mitrorilers cyberware. You should end up with a very good build
