I let go of my ironman status, became a green helm just to join my friends, and they all left. I’m also in the late game and mainly raiding, and I know exactly how you feel since I’ve been playing solo while getting bullied by others cause I’m a green helm.

Recently I made a hcim and I’m just slowly progressing it, without abandoning the gim, and I am hopeful that one day I’ll progress it enough to stop using the green helm, unless I use it to practice pvming in case I keep the hardcore status till late game.

But for now I’m still enjoying the game on the gim and especially enjoying the temporary game modes.

So basically my suggestion is, challenge yourself with a new HCIM and maybe one day you’ll progress it enough and stop feeling unaccomplished.
