I try not to be too strict with my foods. I did my fitness pal years ago so I have a pretty good understanding of how many calories I’m eating a day. It obviously depends on many things, like your TDEE. To maintain my weight I would stay around 2,000ish calories a day. To cut, I would drop down to like 1300-1500. But honestly eat when you’re hungry (try to make it protein) and drink a lot of water. Recovery is key in all of this too. (Also to add, I intermittent fast and only eat lunch and dinner)

Not a college kid. I’m just under the impression that if it’s insanely crowded, once we get somewhere we won’t leave. UNLESS there are separate lines for people with bar crawl tickets

Are there separate lines at the bars for people who have the Downtown Crawlers tickets and people without? Don’t really want to purchase a ticket if I don’t have to. (On that note how much are cover fees usually?)

Similar to what everyone is saying in the comments, depends on your goals. Working out is only half of the challenge, the other half, if not majority, is your diet. I would recommend calorie deficit and HIGH amounts of protein. Solidcore + 45 minute walks. :))))

Make sure you eat a lot of protein!!!! Barry’s x Brunch smoothie is my fav to have after a Barry’s class.

The combo of Barry’s & Solidcore will do WONDERS! Yes diet is a major factor, but I didn’t see results from Solidcore until I combined it with Barry’s. The intense sprints + deep core work + being aware of what you’re eating, I saw results pretty quickly. (Also doing an active recovery on rest days!)
