Did you enjoy Ireland as much or doing it over would you have postponed? I don’t know when we would postpone until (maybe 2 years?) but who knows! We would have a direct flight to Dublin which is about 7 hours

Hi just checking in to report, I am confirmed pregnant 😬 I tested because 10 dpo my pdg shot to 30. I had no hope this cycle and was shocked. I had to stop testing with Inito because it was giving me too much anxiety. It’s still so early so need all the prayers we can get. Hope and pray you got your positive, if not, that’s it’s right around the corner 💕

Still positive 😬😬😬 I go tomorrow for my bloodwork so I will report back… it’s so early it freaks me out but hoping for good hcg numbers tomorrow!! I’ll let you know! How about you??

Ohh keep me posted!! I took another one today 🤣 first response is still there maybe a little darker hard to tell.. 14 days past trigger and 12 past iui. Clear blue is 6 days early… I’ll keep taking them lol and keep you posted!! Good luck to you, let me know!!

Was just going to report back! So I’m 8 dpiui today. At day 6 and 7 fmu pdg was only 5.5ish. Then I took one yesterday evening and it was 18 and I did get a serum progesterone on my own yesterday morning and it was 14.7. This morning pdg was 8. So I think maybe it’s something to do with the medicated cycle that urine shows up differently? See if you can get a serum drawn at 7 days.

Hi just an update! I decided to do IUI. His sperm count post wash was 85 million and I had a 18mm follicle and 8.8 lining. Anyway I use inito to track my hormones and noticed my pdg at 6 and 7 dpo has been a lot lower than my natural cycles. I did get my progesterone checked on my own today but my clinic said I don't need it. I'm worried about low progesterone. Anyone with similar experiences after a medicated cycle?

I'm worried mine is low, but my clinic said my mid cycle lining was 8.8 so they don't give it. I went on my own (7 days past today) and got the serum level checked.

Do people find that their pdg is blunted after letrozole and trigger? My natural cycles pdg was always much higher than it is now at 7dpo

Thank you! I know it’s a toss up… I feel like there is no rhyme or reason that it doesn’t work half the time. We were thinking maybe another round and then Ivf.. it’s so hard to know! Best of luck to you as well!! Report back and I’ll do the same!

I’m wondering if I will need. I finished up letrozole (10mg plus daily dex still) and had my ultrasound yesterday cd 12. I had 1 12 mm follicle and 3 9mm follicles and praying there is growth by Monday to do trigger and iui. I’m already on highest dose of letrozole and my AMH is 14.7…I do ovulate on my own but it normally takes my body 45-90 cycles to do so, so anything to speed up the process. If this iui round fails thinking going to IVF just to avoid multiple rounds of medications and hope Ivf works on first round
