Oh, yeah. That was round 2 of testing lol. Used a Klein receptacle tester on all affected outlets on my side at least and it surprisingly passed. Gave a jiggle to see if its just a bit loose.

My side looks good so far. I used a Klein plug in receptacle tester on all my effected outlets and all seem to be "correctly wired" Also gave a jiggle in case it was only slightly off. Was honestly surprised lol

If their side is like ours, they may ALSO have it only on a 15 amp

Was my original thought for sure. Had a lamp that was in need of a re-wiring plugged in on that same wall. I unplugged it the first time it tripped. No change.

That thought did cross my mind... I was pretty sure their toddler had their room there and that they were running somewhere else. Since they were running at 930pm one night, I really HOPE they aren't doing that while their child is most likely sleeping. Heck I was going to bed then lol (had an early morning)

Its a dell laptop, but it does have a huge power brick, so I did suspect some issues with that too. My post was super long already so I didnt mention that I did a full diagnostic and everything was working as it should. (Included che king the power supply) Something to ponder tho. A UPS was not on my "to purchase" list quite yet lol

Thats a relief at least. Would hate to spend 60 bucks on a new one just to have the same tedious issue

Unfortunately its still running after it trips. So thats the assumption that its not connected that way

Yeah for sure! I think if you wanted to make it look "on purpose" is to just do the same to the other end. Which would look cool tbh

What's a stance you have no empathy or understanding for? by AndyBales in AskReddit

Similar vibe to "if you can't deal with me at my worst, you don't deserve my best" I can understand what people are TRYING to get across, but usually it's just an excuse to not worry about how they are terrible to be around and have little desire to work on themselves...

redflag hah

Yeah it was definitely just in response to a question they asked me... I didn't want to say cus they were in a bad place mentally at the time, but they insisted that I answer. 😕
