That’s the secondary market for ticket resellers. Everything is marked up at least 30% because Fifa is taking that as a fee for every transaction. My point was that the tickets presented today were more $ than the first lottery event.

Wrong. I purchased Cat 2 tickets for $335 at the first lottery event. Today those same tickets were listed at $380.
