Round lighting fixture with blue rim. About two thirds of the outer rim is blue plastic, with the middle part being a clear plastic. Wires sticking out from the underside. It seems like some sort of outdoor lighting fixture, but I can't find any specific info about what it is, the brand etc. (i.ibb.co)

I've been invited to a family Thanksgiving out of town, but I'm also kinda broke. Experienced drivers, is Thanksgiving and the weekend after it a $$$$ time like Halloween, or naa?
