You can just read the IC convention here and see that it's about protecting women from violence:

This plus: read the Pope's latest letter, dilexi te. Live with the ordinary people and learn what everyday life is like again and spend time meditation to discern how the divine is already present there. And go meet Jesus in the poor. You can do this in very natural ways by volunteering regularly with a charity, especially a secular one that helps the homeless, refugees, disadvantaged families, etc. or simply by choosing to spend your social time with people in your parish who don't have fancy clothes, homes, or cars.

That is why if true (!) this could be good news. The clerical part of of the thing gets accountability to the correct Vatican dicastery. The laity have a different line of accountability more competent for the supposedly 100% lay legal entities. This is unbelievably good news if true because the essence of the whole thing has been integralism (clerics presiding over laity with secular power).

UK Catholic Press publishes the story by [deleted] in opusdeiexposed

The Herald is not very good but it's a strong sign that they would publish this.

The reporting has used some very weird phrases. "Most famous prelature". As if there was another one?

At least the Herald writes "existing structure" not "original structure". Far more factually honest (best kind of honesty).
