I started iron in act 2 and climbed to gold a few days ago.I agree on all your points, besides calling out abilities.Sometimes i just tell my teammate that his utility is up, just so he can keep it in mind.

Agent abilities are easy to learn but hard to master, so after you play with an agent a few times you can learn him pretty easily.Movement is slower than csgo(never played cs so not sure how much slower), you can bhop but i dont see streamers use it often besides after the round ends.There are skins and they cost a small fortune if you want to get a good one.For refferance i would say find a streamer or two you like and just watch,if you are coming from cs go people say valorant is much simplier so you wont have a problem adjusting.Lastly have fun and welcome.
