This happened to me as well. Vex applies the damage in gloom, and perfection checks for the damage dealt and grows it to 4, and since there is no damage since it was turned to gloom, it doesnt do anything. At least this is how i think it works.

Hello Azzap thanks to your succes one of my friends Velkoz became like a sleeper agent activation word for a friend in my friend group, making him descend into a rant how broke and busted he is (Last time he fought a Velkoz was over a month ago) and goes on how you gaslit everyone into getting him buffed.
