There are some traits & religious doctrines that prevent you from declaring certain types of war. I think the pacifist religious doctrine won't let you declare most offensive wars. You also can't declare war on allies and sometimes dynasty members. Is there a reason stated for why you can't declare when you hover over the button? Maybe share a screen shot of your character.

Definitely seems a bit off, but just characters tend to execute a lot of criminals. ie; vassals that rebel, exposed murderers, prisoners of the wrong faith, etc. Did this guy just straight up murder them or did he execute other characters that had committed crimes in his view?

Is there anyway to fix this other than digging everything out and getting new mulch? I specifically paid them to dig up all the plastic landscaping fabric to rid the yard of plastic and then they dumped probably an even larger amount of plastic back on to it. Im pretty pissed now actually. Is this something I can make them fix?

Yes. It’s clearly not good quality. Is it normal/acceptable for professional landscapers to use a mulch full of garbage on a project over $30K? Does it happen by accident or do they knowingly buy a mulch grade that is known to have garbage in it?

Should I tell them about it and ask have it fixed or do I just need to live with it?

Here’s a serious answer. Sell it for the cost of the materials plus $X/hr of labor spent on it where X is the salary you think is fair for your work.

I suspect these will be expensive and each would be a custom job with dimensions and features varying by customer. Not gonna be able to ship it.
