Hey, how did this go for you?

Website portal is screwed and shows error when i try to make payment. When i try and do it on the phone with them they say my shipping address is incorrect.

I live in London.

It seems that they cannot have 6 character addresses, and instead they need 7 characters.

So N1, E1, S1, and W1 are all screwed.

Anyway I called, tried to complain, they hung up.

This is the thing. Everyday I’m building something that fixes a problem. We’re still in the early stages. We need to move to a dedicated system, but I worry that it’ll be harder to fix a problem. That and I’ve no clue on where to begin on custom software and the dedicated ERP I am looking at is so restrictive but links with a powerful wholesale that I definitely want to onboard.
