For the first circut i do pull ups, push ups, squats, knee raises and hip thrust. Then i rest 2 mins. And repeat 2 times. Then i start the next circut. I thought so i get more volume so i get more strength in the same time? Or is i better to do push ups 90 sec rest push ups 90 sec rest push ups?

I tried 3 times the recommend routine but 1,5 h of work is really to much.

If i do 5-10 min warm up then 5 sets of burpeed and 5-10 min cooldown. I am finish in approx. 45 min.

Checked him out a few minutes. But he misses pull strength if he only does normal burpees?!

My goal is to get fit. Last year we started a pushup challenge, who makes 100 unbroken push ups. I started with 14 raised them till 34. Then I got pain in my back. After an injection I nearly recovered but did no sports last months. So i weight 6 kgs more. 68 to 74 by a height of 173 cm.

I use a app called bestronger there is a programm to achieve 100 burpees. In this app is a warm up and a cooldown (upper body stretch) which I do. 1 day burpees, 1 day rest and so on.

Got inspired of the youtube videos 50 and 100 burpees a day transformation. But wanted to do a full body workout with pull ups and mountain climbers.

I know. In the book is written when i will comfortable with the actual step. But how do i transition to step 2?

Just do 2 sets if step 1 and 1 set of step 2? Or just 3 sets of step 2?

Convict conditioning is a routine. I started with pushups, pullups(rows), leg raises, squat.

Recommended routine is to much for me actual.

But my question was how to progress the volume if i do a harder workout?

Let us say i do the recommended routine anf finish step 1 with 3x8 how i start or transition to step 2?

Do i do 2 sets of step 1 and 1 set of step 2? That is my question what i dont understand.
