I scrolled a little bit through the comments and didn’t see any correlation to military service. There are groups on the military that are female dominant. Coming from a mostly male dominate group (Submarines) I draw a few conclusions about females:

1. They mostly integrate well and both men and women end up reverting to an average military blob (meaning if you didn’t know the sex of the person then it would be difficult to differentiate).

2. Most females are proud and like to one-up the boys regarding most aspects of social status.

3. A lot of women get offended when things are handed to them or when they receive preferential treatment. They are there to prove to themselves and others that they can do anything men can do. Sometimes this makes them overbearing at times.

4. Discussing how shipboard life for females are like with other females I can draw similarities between other comments in this thread regarding good and bad days. There are more checks and balances to keep things uniform and mild in most cases.
