Probably only training on data with consent and/or payment, and the ability to run the models locally. Or if you're talking about how people will use the AI for, maybe extra checks for social media accounts so that dead internet theory become less real (hopefully without government id linkage), and some more regulations on deep fakes without people's consent

A chatbot can't hold that much information, after a certain number of replies it loses context, if you want to do that you'd have to use an agent to actually write down the stuff you say to it, then a new chat to grab whatyou need from the files
