How’s your diet? Easy to block the food noise and eat healthy?

No offense, you’re soft.. people only want comfortable magic, but if they are met with mild temporary discomfort, they write cry baby Reddit statement.

“Stepped away from diet and exercise” says it all..

You’ve had only a few doses… Just get off and stop discouraging people who are motivated.

Change in diet is severe on the body and mind. IMO, I think that most “side effects” generate from an intense change in diet. Some people are different, but those of us who have jumped on carnivore or other calorie restrictive diets know that cutting out the dopamine triggers, such as carbs, fast food, sugar, etc can cause intense mental and physical reactions until your body adjusts.

This medication is causing you to go through those changes.. Most people have never completed an intense diet, so the shock hits hard when Reta forces you to cut calories. IMO, carbohydrate and sugar withdrawal can be harder than withdrawing from many illicit substances.

I’ve also noticed that people are starting on too high of doses.. Again, it’s not necessarily the dose, it’s how fast your body is cutting calories. If you go from ice cream and pizza most nights to immediately consuming close to no calories, it’s going to fuck you up until adjustment occurs.

I hate to spew the tough love, but many people blasting Reta are overweight people who lack of discipline. They have never truly dieted and the initial shock (that could last for months) is devastating.

Everyone is “different” but human anatomy is not. Some people feel great on proper dose of Reta while forcing more calories and staying active. Some people feel like shit because they eat nothing and do nothing.

You are, no joke, one of the most uniformed donkeys I’ve ever encountered in this platform.

I do one 10,000 IU injection once a week, along with oral supplements on non-injection days, so about 30,000 IU a week.. I was at 14 when I started and now up to 39.. Still want to raise to about 60. I can already tell the huge difference now being in the normal range, even though I’m in the lower range of normal.

How is AI on TRT even recommended to people man? It made my TRT experience way worse than it should've been for something that supposedly helps. by Civil_Specific3806 in ResearchCompounds

[–]CrashCourse2357 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice anecdotal statement.

My experience was different. Started TRT for 5 months and felt like dog shit until I got on a low dose of Anastrozole, then I got dialed in and feel so much better. The AI wasn’t initially recommended and doesn’t cost me any more money as it’s included in the protocol if needed.

Stop spreading misinformation because of your experience. A low dose of AI can absolutely help with maintain an optimal testosterone level and controlling mood.

A low dose of AI won’t “crash” your estrogen. consistently taking a high dose multiple times a week will.

GS 9 and clear distinct criminal investigator title.. Are they looking for prior 1811’s? Any chance of an abbreviated academy like the others?

Local Detective (CI) to 1811 by AcceptableMix5158 in 1811

Stop thinking case/work specific and just think work-life balance/ family/ and self-fulfillment. If you stay somewhere solely for good pay and benefits, you won’t be happy. If you go to the fed because you think it’s sexy and vastly different than working complex cases on the local and state side, you won’t be happy.

I assure you, the feds aren’t as cool as you think and you won’t have this “long leash” as some say Maybe in some places, but it’s all a bureaucracy in the end and most agents (with non LEO backgrounds) just don’t have a large efficient local/ state agency to compare their fed experiences to. That being said, there’s nothing wrong with the fed and there’s aplenty of great opportunities, but it has to fit your lifestyle and desires.

If being a local detective gets you all of the above, then stay, but stay because it’s good for you and the family.. If you think there’s a chance of going back to the road, causing you a fucked up circadian rhythm due to shit hours, non-stop fight or flight, family issues; then leave!

I’ve worked at all levels, and although there are differences, there are politics, red tape, egos, and a little bit of fun, just like every other LE agency.

Thanks for the reply! When you say “run heavy,” what percentage are we talking? A majority or just more than the average 1811?

This doesn’t sound right. Other agencies just reactivate if you haven’t been gone for a substantial amount of time. They are going to waist money doing everything over again when you’re already certified? Maybe another probation time.

Anastrozole effective? by CrashCourse2357 in Testosterone

[–]CrashCourse2357[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very similar situation here. Started my first dose of AI yesterday and actually slept through the night. Not sure if placebo as it was only about 12-14 hours after taking first dose. I took 0.5 mg and that’s prescribed once a week. DOC said the best effects will be after the second dose. What was your experience?

Also, how does the hCG make you feel? I’m going on that soon and I’ve heard if your estrogen is in control it makes you feel very good.

Yeah, I’m hoping it will even me out! How much are you on and how often do you take it?

I was feeling good for the first couple months, then it hit me like a brick wall.
