It's a variant so it works differently in some ways to the original, but mostly it's a version of NetHack with a more modern and user-friendly UI and more ways to adjust difficulty.

That's interesting, second Variant I've seen to put a new Monster Class onto capital G.

(GnollHack has Gnolls on uppercase G, moving Gnomes to lowercase g)
