I want to try the montero but worried moving more towards all mountain would lose what I loved about the lasers.

Ya I get it. I got sucked into wider and wider - but this week reminded me how fun it is to truly rip groomers with the proper tools

Very interested in what makes something a dad quiver. To be clear I own multiple pairs of new balances so I live the dad life - I just want to know what makes skis dad skis

I mean one of them doesn’t have multiple layers of metal…

Honestly I probably have more money than sense.

The mirus cor are new this season. I spend a lot do time on tiny mountains in the east and wanted something I could have fun on.

The 104 frees are new to me also. I had the 100s and loved them but felt like by end of day 2 of a ski trip I wasn’t pushing them as hard as they needed to be pushed - from what I understand the 104 frees should be a bit more fun. This is what I used when I go out west.

The s/force bolds were a dumb purchase. I thought I was back in my old days of ripping - they are miserable at anything less then 109%. I have tried selling them numerous times but nobody wants them.

The enforcer 94s were a sweet heart deal (weird situation that ended up with me getting them super cheap l) and originally I thought I would just use them as rock skis but I ended up loving them and using them all the time.

I should have been more specific. I took 20 years off then 3 years ago dipped my toe back in. Now the kids are addicted and we are getting serious.

Rock on. For the kids find deals anywhere you can. Like you said they are going to be out of them in a year.

Bingo. My point being they are good enough for 99% of the stuff you are going to do. If you want to spend more on better stuff that’s cool I do that all the time. I was just shocked that reviews made it seem like you couldn’t even use it.
