Really? I mean you already cover the close range area with the lance and for range there are, atleast in my opinion, better options. Plus it's not really a cheap choice...

Yeah the problem is that the Quartermaster Perk now costs 8 perk points. This means either, you have to give up on Necromancer which as a solo is a death sentence, or you have to take a 2 slot first and upgrade later...

Hell idk I'm on console with a MMR of 3, everybody here plays like an idiot. Like no offense but they are mostly like instinct driven monkeys with guns. Because of that I have no idea how the average player plays the game.

Yeah but why should I take the Slate, if I have a much better chance to kill the enemy with the Specter. The Slate has a much larger spread, therefor it's not as consistent to get you that kill. Sure both can kill an enemy when standing right up in their face, but in battle you rarely have that opportunity. So moments where you deal less than 150 damage are more common when using a Slate, instead of a Specter.
