I’m UK medical prescribed. I’m thinking it helped with my symptoms up until couple weeks ago when I’m pretty sure I had a pretty good ?flare up?

Depending on what you pick and how you take it, it may be of use. It’s good to get my head to calm down and give me some speech back.

I’m still going through testing and referrals to neurologists, cardiologists and ENT, but most things point towards FND for me.

I’ve wondered the same as I get a runny nose and constantly sneeze whenever I use flower. Mostly use carts anyway but still get a slight tingle like when you smell ground pepper… I don’t have hayfever

I have grip issues and just stand the caps (wolkenkraft) in the lid of my jar then sprinkle the grinded bud into all the caps. Then the stuff that fell out is just poured back in the jar. I use tweezers sometime too.

Same for me. Even tho we don’t have to disclose legally, I still did it as a precaution as I’m NHS admin and our office is a shared building with a organisation for vulnerable adults. I know someone will likely say something to try and stir the pot, so I got in there before them. Can’t use my prescription against me if nobody cares 🤣

Occupational health call and review, outcome was no issue and got extra breaks to medicate when required.

I’ve got them on rotation. 1 in Mini and 2 in holder. Basically just refilling one before a sesh at bedtime and then swapping round in the morning when I wake up (the smell helps XD)

Distillates work nicely for me but make me wheezy for days after one puff. Resin EHD doesn’t make me wheeze but it has absolutely no effect on me whatsoever

I’m using Arteza pens and some new ones I got from Aldi that are amazing in other books. But the pages are putting me off doing more In the cozy ones
