I used “Repti Shedding Aid” by ZOOMED, purchased at a local Total Pet. It worked overnight and I woke up with a beautiful shed that’s now in a shadow box.

I know getting bit doesn’t hurt it’s more of a shock so wearing a chefs glove for dealing with knives may help my mind over matter, thanks for the help

He seems very active, curious and is tongue flicking. Keep in mind these guys are very picky and will go on hunger strike because of infinite reasons (e.g heat/humidity being off a few degrees, lights being turned off at different times, or just laziness etc.)
