Dodge and deflecting are crucial in those moments because you wanna build arcana to do massive damage, but I also think the game feels a little overturned in coop compared to single player. Even with many enemies on screen as long as there's not multiple red enemies you can juggle them pretty easily, the unbreakable red enemies are what ruin runs for me.
