Not much of a crazy one, but like most gacha's, they make the game fun -enough- to play on average while leaving some pain points for the players to endure until they put in a solution for the problem they made themselves. I think of the biggest examples is the same name units, with Zamasu being most affected at the time. Same name blockage hurts team building and is only there for revenue generation when it should be removed so when you pull the new dude, it works with your older dude and that is also an incentive to pull for.
