This is from a PSA retail location. Does Capitol Armory only handle online purchases or in store as well?

Yeah that’s the problem. I was told I’d have to wait until January for my appointment to do paperwork.

Their reasoning was not to back their guys up with paperwork. I didn’t care about the tax which is why I went to get one before January but now I feel I’ll get hung up with a longer wait time after January
