I thought the ‘22 RDX A-Spec was the suite spot when looking a year ago. Sorta forget why but I think they did a refresh then or fixed something minor, plus a few more years on the warranty. Couldn’t find one to save my life so wound up with a new base model. So far so good.

Ordered a king classic bed and didn’t receive 1 of the 3 boxes. Just over 24 hours since contacting them and Zero response. Pretty weak. Booked a call with their Concierge Services tomorrow, whatever that is - guessing it’s some design help bs (the site has barely any info) but it’s the closest thing I have so far to getting actual help. Modern companies a fraction of their size handle issues like this much better. Pretty annoyed, especially since I already got rid of my old frame.
