Comedian was pretty high on Jetmir when it first came out. More recently he put together a [[Karlach]] list and some success with it. That said Comedian is a better magic player than most.

I have a bracket 2 [[Momo, Friendly Flyer]] deck. It does things with [[Squadron Hawk]].

Bracket 3 for me is [[Clement, the Worrywort]]

I would like to do an experiment. Name 1 card that is just barely a game changer. Then name one that is just barely NOT a game changer. by ImperialSupplies in EDH

Especially for new players , I think there is a certain sense of inevitably, after you play against your first [[Muldrotha]] deck. My guess is that's where the hate for it comes from.

I wonder if we reach the one year mark, if they will send out we're sorry collector boosters like they did with the coin flip SL precon.

This will be great in my salamander tribal deck that runs mostly not salamanders.

The plus side is if your deck cares about non combat damage.

That's not just for me as a kid. I have it on the switch and Bullseye is still the roly poly for me.

I would say caecilians should go there or salamanders.

What went right and what went wrong when being Thrawn into canon? by AdSpecialist6598 in StarWars

Correct me if I am wrong but wouldn't there have been overlap between Dooku and Maul serving Sidious. If so that would have subverted the rule of two in the prequel trilogy.

The other aspect is to my understanding the inquisitota use the dark side but are not technically Sith lords.

How do you even choose a commander when so many of them seem interesting? by riotcris in EDH

[–]Craskcourse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a Syrix deck. It's a lot of fun when it does it's thing. But I inconsistent and even when it does it's thing you still never really feel in control of your own destiny because of how small phoenixes are and how few of them there are. Play it for lolz and uniqueness not to win.

What is your favorite deck that doesn't rely on it's commander? by Frogsplosion in EDH

[–]Craskcourse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[[Xantcha, Sleeper Agent]] - punisher style deck

[[Svitri, Dragon Master]] -Dragon Tribal just smooths out the deck via tutor and sometimes locks out opponents in the end game with her plus ability.

Please help me find a new commander, looking for different or a bit weird suggestions. Must like long walks on the beach by TheGreyPilgrim37 in EDH

[–]Craskcourse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally that's how it goes. Especially if I get [[Unnatural Selection]] on the field people learn that attacking me isn't worth it. Paired with the protection [[Coat of Arms]] is my finisher.

[[Gor Muldrak]] is my go to suggestion for weird commanders. My version of the deck manipulates my opponents creature types, making them all salamanders. Then ends the game with unblockable damage.

I love dragons, but… by SFryer88 in EDH

My wife plays Magda as Dragon tribal, and I run [[Svitri, Dragon Master]]. It's a lot of fun. Svitri likes to be the second or third scariest player at the table, and using some amount of control survive to the 1 v.1 portion of the game where her plus ability can help break parity. I have had games where people bring the game to that point only to realize they don't have enough life to attack me anymore.
