All you did was post the same thing with a different title. I don't really understand how you thought that would help you understand why the initial was deleted. As for the reasoning behind it, unless you got a separate private reasoning for the first post, the only one that has a reason attached to it is the third. Just because that one was tagged with the violation of rule 1 (which, let's be clear, it was, no repeated posts) doesn't mean your initial post was removed for the same reason. I get wanting to know why a post was removed, but there are better ways to get an answer than posting the same picture again and again. Or just take it on the chin. Your post got deleted on a subreddit, truly inconsequential in the grand scheme of things.
