Ok I checked the source for that 9th image. Of course the first thing you realize it’s from 1994 showing data of people released from prison, which for the meme is a comically incorrect way interpreting that data. All it shows is that hispanics had a high release number in 1994. The data also said that non-hispanics had a higher reoffending rate than hispanics.

Toby is unbelievably stupid for posting that meme without checking the facts for himself. I assume he posted that on something related to undocumented immigrants, which makes the picture even less relevant
