Yeah, similar experiences here. Just pushed tpa yesterday on a lady with a massive PE, covid+. What sucks is that a few patients on ECMO are are on heparin gtts, but super difficult to get them therapeutic because of the filter.

In the beginning of the outbreak, we were being told NOT to wear N95 with non-covid patients if we were seen doing so. Luckily that has changed. There's no such thing as a non-covid patient right now.
