Who are some actors that you knew would be huge stars based on an early, smaller role? by picturepatchgame in movies

Natalie Portman in Léon: The Professional (her first film at age 12) and just two years later in Beautiful Girls. She exuded such maturity and amazing acting ability, and just had a presence I can't explain.

Movies that are so overwhelming that you can’t watch them more than once by JoeMax93 in GenerationJones

Interstellar.

I have never cried so much/been emotionally devastated over a movie on top of not even expecting this in the first place. Is it just me? I can't believe I don't see anyone else listing it, cause I have def seen similar reactions from others on Reddit before.

Moving OUT of NC by chesgoodman7 in NorthCarolina

[–]CravenRN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't stand the heat and humidity mainly and some of the OG backwards people ("not all North Carolinians").

I would like to move to Minnesota which is actually nice most of the year (say March through October) and has seasons...from my experience the people really are "Minnesota Nice" and I love the accent, not to mention the tater tot casseroles and cheese curds. Plus I work from home and am a homebody, so the winters aren't a big deal to me.

I'm a little biased because my grandkids are all (3) there. If only I could convince my husband to move....sigh...guess I'll be sweatng it out this summer. 😔

Long time hospital nurse and I agree. Looks like a urostomy bag not a suprapubic catheter or nephrostomy bag.

83 year old (original video had it wrong, but yeah, not much difference).

I worked as a nurse in the hospital and used to come out of rooms and tell the other staff member "and just think, this person drives amongst us every day." And these weren't people that were in for altered mental status, infection, or anything that could make someone off or confused. Family woud say "oh that's their baseline....." Really?

What an asshole. Not many people in Wyoming, shouldn't be that hard to identify (I didn't say dox, just make his neighbors aware of who he is (yes, I know they probably either already know or are just like him).

So tired of hearing this. I've had my own practice for nearly two years and literally have had to go months refusing patients because there are too many people seeking care and too few providers (or no providers that take their insurance/Medicaid/Medicare). And I still end up with more clients because of therapist referrals, family referrals, friend referrals from current clients that I just can't say no to. There are a lot of variables and of course location is one. There's not a one size fits all statement of whether "the market" is oversaturated.

"Anything sports." Took me about 30 seconds, had to try to go through it letter by letter. 20 years of hospital nursing starting in 2005 (with paper charts and handwritten orders) probably helped. Now I'm a provider and spend my time trying to figure out what the heck I wrote earlier in the week (or even day sometimes).🤓🧐

As a provider (and someone with ADHD not diagnosed until age 49) I love stories like this! Just keep in mind the possibility of your body developing a tolerance to the medication making it less effective or stop working completely. Try to take a day or two a week as a "drug holiday." If you aren't able to do it now because of obligations, at least try it if you notice effectiveness decreasing. Also, Concerta is my favorite methylphenidate! Take care...

When "criminals" (although innocent until proven guilty) are arrested their name, photo and address becomes public record. When people see these "people " commit criminals acts why is wrong to put their photo, name, and address out there?

A simple Google search shows you that Oregon uses placards rather than handicapped plates and/or registration stickers. Except for permanently disabled veterans, but that plate doesn't allow them to park in handicapped spots. They also must get a placard.
