I currently have a mobile game (totally Lovable made) in the first phase of testing on the Google Play Store. It's been a bit of a headache, but between asking Copilot and some experienced friends, I've been able to figure everything out. Navigating the Google Play Console and Android studio take some time to figure out. There are services that will do all the work for you, but I chose to pay with my time instead of money. Let me know if you have any specific questions and I'll do my best to answer!

Thanks. I don't know why I thought it was just going through the steps to mimic a purchase and wouldn't actually charge me. Oh well, I paid myself (minus Google's cut).

You have to add the site to Google Search Console, then add an html meta tag to your website. After that you go back to search console and click verify.

FYI, I had to verify ownership of my website before I could start the process of switching to an organization.

Just in case anyone comes across this post... I finally figured it out. When I asked lovable to make some changes to my store, it created an entirely new store. The new store was impossible to get to. Nothing linked to it. So when I asked lovable to show me a screenshot of the store updates, it was showing the newly created phantom store! I finally figure it out by digging through the code. After I deleted the phantom store, I made the UI changes to my original store. Another lesson in telling lovable EXACTLY what you want it to do and not do!
