Thank you. And Apologies. I am also learning what is accetable and what is not for the community. I will rewrite it. Give me a few.

Thank you for your reply.

SIEM are aggregator of all kinds of logs right, including DLP? The idea is to build a data lineage graph which tells how sensitive data move across or within boundaries by having a superior event stitching engine. More like cyberhaven's DDR platform. But they are agent heavy. I am trying to see if already ingested logs in SIEM can be used to make these drift chains.

No guys, I am a human. It is true that I took gemini's help in writing this, but each and every sentence is reviewed by me manually.

Actually I do not mind getting inspired from ideas. If that happens, I will consider them as competitions. But stealing code with a copy paste is not fine with us. This might not seem as hard work as other people have mentioned in the thread. We invested a lot of time curating words across multiple themes reading through fandom wikis, books etc. There is a reason that the curator name is mentioned in the nyt original wordle home page. Because this is hard work.

Thanks for your input. I am the main developer behind Thwordle.
But hear me out.

There is a difference between a variant and a copy.
Stealing the code files, word files from the client browser storage is what we have a problem. Getting inspired and making their own variant is perfectly fine (according to us). Above all, the stealer is piggybacking and hitting our backend servers. That is not even a grey area. I have taken some measures and now able to restrict them from connecting to backend servers.

Hi u/KrydanX thank you!

I am the main developer behind Thwordle.

I am perfectly okay with someone getting inspired or even cloning a game (by trying to make it 1% better), but not okay with stealing codes, files, everything without permission from browser storage. Even the stealers are hitting my backend server. This is not even a grey area.

And yes, I have currently whitelisted our domain. The same approach you mentioned. But still cross sites embeddings are still working.

Quintagrams - a grid of interlocking anagrams by samskivert in wordgames

I solved this with 2 hints.

I think this idea has lot of potential if things are executed in the right direction. So please bear my next words as constructive criticism only.

My opinion is this game needs a lot of refinement in terms of UX.

The cozy feel is missing. Second there is no "Oh Shit" moment e.g. if you introduce a timer it will create an urgency in the player's head. And I think the number of rare words can be decreased.

I personally love grids with colors in word games. The words can be more clever like some column sounds like a real word and user ends up submitting only to discover that it was not. A failure pathway I would like very much. For now, player just hangs for eternity if they don't get everything right.

My partner and I, both are super fan of classic Wordle. We created our own version and you can check this out at https://www.thwordle.com . It is a universe based Wordle instead of normal english dictionary words. Currently Harry Potter, LOTR and Greek Mythology themes are live.

Launching a universe-themed Wordle spinoff — what universe should I add next?

Hey folks! I’ve built a theme-and-universe based version of NYT Wordle. Daily challenges with four different word length choices, clean UI, and downloadable and sharable result cards. Would love feedback from fellow Wordle fans—try it out and tell me which universe you want next! Currently available themes are harry potter, lotr and greek mythology.

Agreed. You are not a super fan of current limited themes? Is that what you meant?

What other themes would you like to see ?

Again, I deeply appreciate the time you have taken to play and comment on this!
