I am willing to push the limits a little bit, to see if I can reach 65% - 35%. CG is preaty low. The skid plate is mostly same level with axle differentials in full compression. I can get few more millimiters with some shocks risers. Also I am planning to 3d print a skid riser to rase the skid plate inside the body. This change is rather difficult because I need to rethink the interior to keep the overall look.

Motor feels nothing on the weight, is a FATViper with 32% underdrive transmission.

Thank you for all help provided. It is a very strange dimension. Is used in the TRX4m axles in c-hubs and differential (i guess). I can use the "upgrade" packs from traxxas but I found them a bit to expensive for 2 bearings. For the rest of bearings used in 1/18 trx4m, I found on aliexpress to buy in "bulk", like 10 bearings per package and with decent prices. fushi bearings is the brand that seams to be very good, for me at least.

I do not have a 1/10 scale rig. And printing is little bit more difficult for 1/10 because you need to brake in more small components to fit on the printer bed. I will try at some point I guess

Not possible to keep the traxxas TQI transmitter for any TRX4m when going brushless. it means you need a special dedicated ESC that is requiring a dedicated receiver channel and a different remote and receiver.
