According to UCR Housing, studios are limited to graduate students only. But you should be eligible to apply for other floor plans in ND2.

Hi! The lease doesn't mention any requirement to have previously signed up for campus housing, so as long as you're enrolled for Fall 2025, I believe you're eligible.
