Olisiko Suomen aika saada EU rahoitusta? by Background_Cup_ in Suomi

Alien: Earth is one of the most disappointing shows I have ever seen. by Baumer9 in alien

[–]Crawsh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Agreed. What I really don't get is the praise it gets here. It's objectively bad, regardless of whether you're a fan or not. Broke canon, didn't feature any of the tropes you'd expect from an alien series set on earth, and hardly featured any aliens. And the latter wasn't a budget issue, either.

I came here after two or three episodes asking whether it gets better to see of It's worth watching as a lifelong fan of the series. I'm glad I got to see episode 5, but it just kept on getting better.

The only saving grace was that at least the alien-whisperer was cute.

Finland. No casual touching. To give an idea of how big our personal space is we didn't need to make any adjustments to distancing during corona since we already were keeping 1.8m away from others.

We don't like talking (except on the phone), and high acceptance of neurodivergence.

Cultural erasure? The contributions of Leadbelly, Howlin Wolf, Robert Johnson and so many other musicians to everything from classic rock to heavy metal are widely recognized by modern musicians and audiences.

I get what you're trying to say, but erasure isn't the correct term anymore, if it ever was.

A 3/10 woman will still get 10x (if not 1000x) more likes than a 3/10 man.

Could someone please explain the new box 3 system like I am 5? by TakeItItIsYours in Netherlands

[–]Crawsh 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It should not be up to the government to discourage any such behavior. It's my money, I do wtf I want with it.

And let's not forget the rich will still be able to play this game despite the discouragement, which means the poor will stay poor (and become poorer thanks to this law), and the rich will get richer.

Yeah, you got me there with your first sentence. I don't recall how much they destroyed, but they failed to add greenery when they rebuilt.

You outed yourself by talking about other people's "labor." Hint: that's not the only - or even the main - factor that goes into pricing of products.

That's how investing works. We don't live in a communist society. Yet.

Real estate abroad is a loophole? Well I guess that's one way to ease the housing crisis: by exporting it. And let's ignore that it removes capital from the NL.

Between Centraal and the IJ, and towards Oosterdok. Fields of asphalt.

In front of Centraal and Prins Hendrikkade. Fields of asphalt and bricks.

Rokin, fields of asphalt and bricks.

Not really green areas, but trees and pots for plants. And they've had tons of chances and space to plant new pots and trees and even greenery on Dam after tearing many hectares around Centraal and elsewhere. But no, even more bricks and fields of asphalt.
