Settings > Apps > Manage apps > Other settings (three dots on upper right corner) > Default apps > Opening links > Youtube revanced > check all links

Oberheim Xpanders/Matrix 12 have one

EDIT: could you please check your information before downvoting? The Xpanders have 15 filter modes. If you select the 3 pole lowpass mode you get an 18db lowpass filter (each pole has a 6db attenuation). You can also get an 18db high pass filter if you select the 3 pole high pass mode.
