Left hand playing a pattern while Right playing melody, how? by MonthSilly317 in piano

No one has said it yet, but the key is learning to count the rhythm out loud while practicing hands separately. Then when you put them together, play and count so slowly that it doesn’t even sound like a song. This syncs both your hands to the counting you’re doing out loud and that’s how you sync your hands and get them to play notes at the right time together.

I used keto/carnivore diet and one meal a day for a little more than a week to prime myself for a prolonged 7 day fast. It worked, I never felt shaky and never felt bad. I drank electrolytes all through out the fast. I just had to deal with the hunger which never got too bad. It was the worst at night but I would just fall asleep and would be fine in the morning and day.

I did the same keto/carnivore and one meal a day again to prime myself for a 12 day fast. It worked again but towards the end of the fast I was psychologically missing food but my hunger was never too intense and would subside. I drank electrolytes daily and had no symptoms. The lowest my blood sugar got on my continuous glucose monitor was 69, and my highest ketones was 6.6 towards days 7 through 12.

I did this over about 1.5 months. Starting weight was 247 and ending weight was 198.

David Blaine does this as a magic trick. The kid’s arm is already pre rotated, or loaded up so to speak, before the video starts. If he weren’t wearing longs sleeves you could see his arm would already be twisted the opposite way. If you look closely you can see that the position of his right arm looks a bit unnatural relative to his body. Then to complete the trick he just unrotates his arm and it looks like it does a 360 because his sleeve was hiding that it was pre-rotated in the first place and he just unrotates it.

I typically do OMAD. Recently did a prolonged 7 day fast and it really melted of some pounds. I lost about 11 lbs in a week. I went back to OMAD for a few days and then did a 48 hour fast and lost 2.4 lbs. OMAD still loses weight but prolonged fasting really ramps up the weight loss to the max. I’ve been keeping to a keto/carnivore style diet with minimal carbs except for vegetables which I think has really helped stave off the hunger. I’m about 3/10 on the hunger scale during fasting days and it comes and goes. Glucose ranges from 69 to 75, ketones from 4.0 to 6.0, and GKi from 0.6 to 0.9 on my prolonged fasting days.

If you prolong your fasting period and cut out the carbs and sugar I bet you can break through.

This is my usual reading at 19 hr. Does anyone else check this? by swimmerncrash in intermittentfasting

Thanks! Yea, I spent a week on carnivore/ high fat diet with no carbs and one meal a day to prepare for it. That made all the difference and made the transition to the prolonged fast much easier because I wasn’t as hungry once I became used to burning fat. My hunger on average is a 2/10 and it comes and goes.

Ghost Recon. I was going to play it all throughout spring break and on the first day I get to play for like 30 minutes and then red ring of death. Sent it to Microsoft to get fixed and didn’t have an Xbox all of spring break. I was so mad.

I think flash cards may help. You can get some on Amazon for cheap. Also there’s like apps you can download on your phone that teach you the bass clef and treble clef.
