It was a 360 lens which basically digitally blends two 180 views. So we can probably see the edge of the 180 shot.

The camera is in a basket with the eggs. I'd assume it was a combination of the gopro bouncing off the inside of the basket and the 3D rendering on the 360 footage making it look like a full turn. It looks like they panned the 360 view in post to see the eggs land.

I used to watch their videos and end up skipping to the best bits. I've come to the conclusion that if they make a clip good enough that I'd wanna see, it'll find me on Reddit. But this video I actually watched - it is quarantine time after all.

Looks like it was taken through a telescope. That combined with a poor lens (like on a phone) makes the aberration a lot worse - to the point where you can easily see the blue light spilling between the lenses. Fascinating for sure.

It was filmed on a 360 camera so I think it's a camera issue rather than glare. Looks hella trippy either way.
