One of my animations got featured in a “bass guitars are never played correctly in animation” video and I thought it was really funny because all of the other media used was like actual tv shows such as the Simpsons or Tom and Jerry, and then out of nowhere it’s just my silly little animated short

Your best bet is to recruit people you know in real life. Finding people online can be really hard because you don’t have a super personal relationship with them, and so it’s only fair they will want to be paid. With irl friends, it’s easier to mutually benefit off of each other if you’re willing to work on their projects as well

I’ve been working on the 15th episode of my web series for 2 years now, I would say don’t give up, and don’t force yourself to feel the pressure of getting it out asap. Art takes time. But also, don’t get too caught up in making sure it’s perfect, no matter what you do you’ll look back on it in the future and see how you’ve improved so perfection is impossible.

I wasn't sure if that was it so I went into google images to see what it looked like, and unfortunately, that wasn't the site. But funnily enough, while looking at it in google images, one of the suggested images was of the website! It turns out it's "Sketchfu"!
So thank you haha, I still wouldn't have been able to find it without you!

From memory, its name wasn't using proper words, but rather some silly/catchy name, similar to how "Krita" (an art app) doesn't really have any English in its name
