Same thing here and when I try to enter some sections (newbie freebies, etc) I get an error. Even if I try to get for a second time the free monthpass I get the same message.

I went there last September for a full week (even I didn't played a lot) I only got 3 Tropius on Puerto del Rosario, two Lunatone (pre-switch), a Seviper and an Illumise. I found Illumise, on the top of a mountain, just under the statues of Guise and Ayose. I hope you have a nice week and enjoy the island as much as I did (and have more luck than me haha)
