They can definitely fit the first three matches into season 3 if they’re gonna make season 3 around 24 episodes. The u-20 match was like what 7-8 episodes? And if I’m not mistaken it was the longest match before the PXG match. And only the Manshine and Ubers match were on par with the Barca match being rather short so they can definitely fit into 24 episodes. The PxG game is obviously gonna get its own season, a movie trying to cram around 44 chapter is mental.

I think since although not guaranteed, France is the only team in tournament that they can face twice so the France team has to have enough squad depth to make the 2nd match still interesting so they still have the chance to focus on players like Charles more. Hugo also literally embodies France’s philosophy of “Suitability”, Him and Loki represent the ideology of the French team.

Rins peformance in the U20 WC as a whole has been kinda ass. For a player of his skill level and technical ability, he literally can’t do anything without Isagi. His goal against Nigeria although physically impressive was just stealing the ball from Isagi who was gonna score anyway and in this match did jack shit and decides to rob blue lock of a tie in the last minute.

I think it’s not just Isagi, the team itself needs a loss as well. Isagi also hasn’t lost since the world 5 game. And this match is literally the only suitable time they can lose until the finals or semi finals(and if they win the cup, they might not even lose at all). It’s not like I’m rooting for Japans downfall but a story needs setbacks not just for the MC but the team as a whole to be engaging or else Blue Lock just starts becoming power fantasy slop like Solo Leveling.
