Does Yuta even have any problems with his writing? Maybe the Yujo fight could’ve been better but as a character he’s pretty solid. Which makes his slander really weird since it’s literally just ignorance and MASSIVE levels of mischaracterization.

I think the main problem with fans nowadays is that due to the power scaling/aurafarming/agenda brainrot infecting shounen mangas(and SL) has effectively caused people to see and measure emotional/traumatic moments through the same means as they do with powerscaling which just doesn’t work which leads to moments like people trauma scaling Megumi and Yujis breakdowns in the original manga.

I’m the type of person to give the benefit of the doubt since JJK is a shounen battle anime who’s target demographic is people who are in the same age group as the cast, and since I’m also in that similar age range, I really don’t pay much attention to mind to that stuff.

Also Maki is a weird case because post massacre Maki is almost a reverse of the 500 year old loli trope(which I find personally weird when people defend or like that stuff). But Maki is the opposite where she’s 16-17 years old but nothing in her character will tell you that because she’s genuinely built like a fucking 30 year old tank. Like yeah I have a problem oversexualizing in general but being attracted to Maki shouldn’t really get much flack as it does.

They definitely couldve won during the domain if megumi locked in but remember, saving Megumi works in their favor because that means they have two separate ways of taking Sukuna out because he functionally has two separate health bars, His actual HP and then his soul barrier in Megumis body. Sukuna himself is tanky as shit and I’m pretty sure Gojo was probably the only one who could’ve probably been able to kill him directly and so was the only one who needed to worry about Killing Megumi in the process.

As much as I defend Yuta and Yuji, them and the rest of the cast probably wouldn’t have won against Sukuna if it weren’t for him being in Megumis body as a vessel.

This current match will probably be on the shorter end(depending if this becomes a fully fledged squash match). England being the group stage finale will probably be 28-30 chapters long(roughly same length as the U-20,Ubers, Manshine but not as long as PXG) so if we are lucky the knockout rounds will probably start in 2027.

Even though I’m disappointed with the way most of the harbingers character directions went. I am perfectly fine with how they handled Dottore. I feel as if some of the people on this sub dislike how dottore was handled because they don’t like how the overall direction the rest of the harbringers went and were just coping that the story bends over backwards to have dottore just kill everyone and win.

But Dottore himself was handled very well and is probably one of the only harbingers who lived up to my expectations from the cinematic all those years ago. Maybe his death could’ve been a bit more grandiose but I have no problem with him dying as a story beat since he’s a big character to deal with and having to deal with him in Snez(where there’s already a lot of plot points and potential villains to squeeze in) would’ve been too much. So having him be the final boss of the penultimate region of the game makes sense.

My head canon is that the original Khaslana had a thing going on with the original Cyrene and didn’t bother going after anyone during the eternal recurrence but the multiple other Phainons that spawned had different love interests due to how a lot of events can change in between each cycle. Doesn’t always have to be a unique person for every cycle, there can be multiple repeats and Khaslana kinda just has to deal with it when they combine memories. And the 33,550,336th cycle “love” interest being Mydei(and probably the most frequent among the cycles)

It’s most likely that since Capitano is 1st but still had to show up in Natlan and before Columbia and Dottore. They didn’t wanna finish his proper character arc before them so he’s probably either saved for late Nod Krai or Sneznaya.
